Here is my first Official Staging Testimony:
When we hired Sher Wenowitz as our Realtor, she started talking
about "Staging" our home. At first, I was offended. I take great pride in my home and the way I decorated
it. However, she explained that it was not any reflection on my decorating style, but a way for potential buyers to see the home itself. She further explained that by taking
away our personal items, a buyer could better picture themselves in the home. So I decided to give it a try.
Wow, what a difference it made. The pictures on-line truly reflected the beauty of our condo. Potential buyers
could see its' comfortable size and layout. The abundant counter space and beautiful ceramic floors that run throughout
our home were obvious in the pictures. Even our friends and neighbors, who saw the pictures on line, were impressed
with the staging. What was really impressive was the amount of immediate interest from buyers. We had two showings
on the first day the condo appeared on the market and a contract on it shortly thereafter. We'd like to thank Sher for
explaining the process and taking the time to properly stage our home. We now know that a professional staging is definitely

If you are
looking for a Realtor with knowledge and experience I must recommend Sher Wenowitz. I recently purchased a condo in the area
and even though I am familiar with a couple local realty agents I did not use them because after speaking with Sher about
another listing I could tell she was motivated to accommodate me, I'm glad I went with her. Sher provided me with the
right amount of listings to prevent me from being overwhelmed for three different towns that I was interested in, which met
my needs and price range.
After I decided on the one I wanted she provided me with names and numbers for
financial institutions along with home inspectors. After I chose the bank and home inspector, she communicated with both throughout
the entire process to ensure everything went as smooth as possible. She also provided me with the phone numbers for all the
utility companies. Sher made numerous phone calls on my behalf to the realty agent who listed the property to find out
things from the sellers. Before closing she communicated with both the bank and Title Company to make sure everything was
on track to meet my timeline, which worked out perfectly.
Most important to me was that she answered each
and every one of my many questions no matter how insignificant they seemed, she considered all of them important. If you want
an organized and efficient Realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and will work tirelessly to accommodate you then
