goal is to beat out the competition for time on the market
and price. There is usually minimal cost in the process as
it is mainly the vision of the "how" & the "what"
to do with your home to turn it into a universally desired listing.
My clients are amazed find that after being Staged, they enjoy
their home more than ever. We do not just provide staging for selling homes. I will also help my clients "Stage to Live". One of my current clients told her sister about Staged by Sher. Even though she was not listing her home for sale, she used some of the techniques in my client's home and she now feels happier in her home, it is less cluttered and has feeling a more relaxing atmosphere, plus it saves on dusting and cleaning time.

To further develop a wealth of knowledge in both of Real Estate and Staging, I have received training in special
market areas including New Home Construction and Seniors Realty. I am a Certified New Home Sales Professional with training
in New Home Construction sales. And along with having been personally through this process several times, I have
helped my clients with purchasing and making New Construction decisions. As well, I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist which
enables me to know the special requirements of the 50 plus crowd, this means I will work with Home Care, Doctors, Bankers,
Accountants, etc. as a team to simplify the process for my clients.
